Serving Personnel Registration Requirements

Please note the mandatory requirements for registration on the Open Enrollment Portal:

For the Principals (Serving Personnel):

• Passport photograph
• Service ID Card (Ensure your Service Number is clearly visible)
• National Identity Number (NIN)

For Spouses:

• Passport photograph
• National Identity Number (NIN)

For Children:

• Passport photograph
• Birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission
• National Identity Number (NIN)

• The Service Number provided during sign-up cannot be modified. Kindly ensure that a correct and valid Service Number is entered.
• NIN is compulsory for all enrollees
• Only biological children below 18 years of age are eligible.
• A maximum of four (4) biological children can be registered
• After completing your registration, please check your dashboard regularly to monitor your registration status.
